Devonshire Mill

self-catering accommodation

Devonshire Mill was a water mill used for grinding flour, now one of the few surviving in East Yorkshire.

Much of the original mechanism including the water wheel, jack wheel and grind stones still survive.

Operations finally ceased in the 1950’s when the miller retired.

Because of its historical interest the mill is a grade II listed building.
